Analysis of your profile to search for compatibilities. With your permission, Nikaa7 analyses the information you have declared in your profile — marital situation, children, location and mobility, languages, education, occupation, values, personality positions, life project, expectations and personal description — for a single purpose: searching for compatibilities with a view to a proposed introduction. Your declared religious practice and the aspects that matter to you are optional: if you provide them, they never produce a score or ranking, and staff can only read them under a dedicated permission, with a recorded reason. The analysis is a deterministic, versioned computation — no decision is made by artificial intelligence, and no proposal reaches you without human review. The score ranks candidates who are already eligible; it is neither a guarantee nor a judgement. If you decline: your account, profile and access are fully preserved; you will not appear in any compatibility search and will receive no proposals; no other consequence. You may withdraw this permission at any time, on your own, from your Consents area: withdrawal has exactly the effect of declining, immediately, and is added to your history without erasing anything. The version of this text is recorded with your answer: you will always know which text was shown to you, and when. Retention periods are detailed in the privacy policy.

Processing of your declared religious practice (so-called “sensitive” data, Article 9 GDPR). With your explicit consent, Nikaa7 keeps and processes what you choose to declare about your religious practice and the aspects that matter to you, for two purposes only: allowing your counselor to guide you with full knowledge, and presenting these elements, as you wrote them, to the person proposed to you once you have both accepted the introduction. This information never produces a score, a level or a ranking, and is not used in any automatic compatibility calculation. It is encrypted at rest and can only be read by staff under a dedicated permission, with a recorded reason. This consent is separate from accepting the terms and the privacy policy: you may refuse it and use Nikaa7 without declaring your practice. You can withdraw it at any time from your Consents area: the declared practice and the aspects you entered are then erased immediately, and your consent history keeps the record of the consent given and withdrawn. Non-transactional communications. With your consent, Nikaa7 may send you information about the service, advice and news by email, beyond the messages needed to run your account. No data is passed to a third party for this purpose.
